We adopted Phin and his sister Sydney from the Ottawa Region Ferret Shelter (Canada. Sydney crossed over the rainbow bride in early December 2011. We all miss our spunky fuzzbutt. Phin was definately sad ( these creatures definately have feelings) when his sister passed, but I think allowing him to see/smell her body helped him get through his loss. Thanks for your post. This website will definately benefit new and experienced ferret parents.

We adopted our furballs from a couple that found themselves in over their heads with these two and a litter of puppies. My wife and I love playtime with our woozles, although we're jealous that they seem to like playing with our lazy tabby more. Anyway, love you're site, lots of great info.

I have wanted a ferret for over 40 years but since I lived in California most of my life I was not able to have one own me. So I definatly can say my little fur ball was not an impulse buy. Love your site, lots of really good reference material and tips. thanks for the time and effort you have put into it.
